Writing your grocery list

Deciding what to get

Do you usually decide what to buy when you’re at the store, rather than making a list ahead of time? If so, you may need a little help deciding what to order.

Here are a few grocery checklists to help you get started:

Important: These lists are not connected to Grocery Freedom. If you use them, you’ll still need to send your list to us.

If you use My Grocery Checklist, you’ll need to:

1.  Enter your full name in the field above the checklist items (Enter Name to Appear on Your List).

2.  Fill out the checklist. Be sure to include important details in the blank spaces or in the Additional Comments field.

3. Click Create My Grocery List.

5.  Enter your email address in the Email Address field.

6.  Click Email my List!

7.  Forward the email (called “My Grocery Checklist”) to groceryfreedom.ca@gmail.com.

Describing what you want

When writing your list, please be specific! Let us know if you want a certain:

  • Brand
  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Store
  • Ripeness
  • Version (for example, unsweetened)
